On top of Cafe Einstein is Lebensstern bar. We had food and wine in the cafe before checking out upstairs. It was one of my favorite bars to go to while in Berlin... great staff... great history of the long standing building as well.They recommended another place in the neighborhood which I will post soon.
The blurry photo underneath is a gift to Lebensstern from Quentin Tarantino. Turns out he filmed one of the scenes of Inglorious Bastards there and wanted to tell them talk you. He would hang out there all the time while he was staying in Berlin.
